Description

Job openings and access to education can be out of reach for many young people in North Africa, leaving some vulnerable to extremist groups who prey upon feelings of isolation and hopelessness. TechCamp Tunisia connected job seekers and entrepreneurs from Tunisia, Libya, Algeria, Egypt, and Morocco to use emerging technologies so participants can better market themselves online, improve job skills, and help create new jobs and economic opportunities across their region in order to counter violent extremism.
