9:05 - 9:55 - Success Cases: Presentation from the 5 projects implemented by the TechCamp Alumni recipient of the Small Grants. (10 Minutes each)

10:10 - 11:10 - Working on Solutions / Actions Plans: What can we feasibly plan for each State? Groups start brainstorming process as they map out possible courses of action
11:10 - 12:30 - Refinement: Teams work together to outline a possible solution to their challenge; definition of an implementation strategy

14:00 - 15:00 - Training Session 4: Some trainers will offer an additional training session on their preferred topic of choice for participants to learn; (participants can continue work on their presentations if they prefer)
