Paulina Ibarra, Directora Ejecutiva de la Fundación Multitudes y Presidenta del Comité Directivo Internacional del Pilar de la Sociedad Civil de la Comunidad de las Democracias
Paulina tiene experiencia global en transparencia, participación ciudadana y rendición de cuentas, habiendo trabajado con organizaciones como Open Government Partnership y el Banco Mundial. En la actualidad, es fellow del programa VVEngage de Vital Voices y está desarrollando el Observatorio de la Mujer contra la Desinformación en América Latina.
Es licenciada en Comunicación por la Universidad Marymount, y tiene un máster en Comunicación por la Universidad de Georgetown.

Paulina has global experience in transparency, citizen participation and accountability, having worked with organizations like the Open Government Partnership and the World Bank. Currently, she is a fellow in Vital Voices’ VVEngage program and she is carrying out the Women’s Observatory Against Disinformation in Latin America.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Marymount University, and a Master’s Degree in Communication from Georgetown University.
