Paul Shalala is a Zambian journalist, blogger and media trainer. He has 14 years experience as a journalist and 12 years experience as a blogger. Over the years, Paul has won a dozen national media awards and 4 international media awards for his stories published on the Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation (ZNBC TV) and on his blog The Zambian Analyst. He works as a Sub Editor at ZNBC and he is based at the northern bureau in the city of Kitwe. Paul is also founder of PAMOS Media Consultancy, an organisation he set up in 2016 upon return from Syracuse University in New York where he did the Mandela Washington Fellowship.
