Karelia Pallan is a media officer at Oxfam, a global organization that fights inequality to end poverty and injustice, where she leads communications and media relations on the climate and hunger crisis campaigns. She previously worked as the director of communications at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, a Jesuit-sponsored parish in Washington, DC attended by Presidents Kennedy and Biden.
